We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Volunteer Recruiter to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, public speaking, and social media management skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our volunteer base and fostering community involvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic volunteer recruitment campaigns across various platforms, including social media and community events. Engage with potential volunteers through public speaking engagements, campus recruitment initiatives, and community outreach programs, networking and local events. Build relationships with community partners, schools, nonprofits, local organizations, and social groups to expand our volunteer network. Collaborate with program managers to understand volunteer needs and staffing priorities. Create engaging recruitment materials, postings, and outreach messages. Promote volunteer opportunities through social media, community boards, and outreach platforms. Represent the organization at public events, fostering positive relationships within the community to enhance volunteer engagement. Utilize social media management skills to promote volunteer opportunities and share success stories that inspire community participation.

Experience

Experience in recruiting, community outreach, volunteer management, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people in person, over the phone, and online. Ability to represent the organization professionally and enthusiastically. Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about community engagement.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
