Manage a high volume of volunteer communication, coordinating schedule details through the volunteer database, setting up private group sessions, and ensuring all volunteers receive clear pre-session instructions. Build strong relationships with volunteers and volunteer groups, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and connect interested groups or individuals with potential giving or sponsorship opportunities. Evaluate volunteer processes for improvement opportunities and recommend adjustments to enhance program efficiency. Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and support volunteers to ensure partner orders are accurately and efficiently filled on time.
