2. Player Development
Teach and reinforce volleyball fundamentals, teamwork, and discipline.
Create structured, purposeful practice plans focused on skill progression.
Promote academic success and hold players accountable for grades and behavior.
Develop leadership skills and confidence within each athlete.
3. Program Management
Maintain accurate
team rosters, parent contact lists, and locker assignments.
Ensure all players have current
physical forms and eligibility clearance
before participation.
Communicate schedule updates, transportation needs, and equipment requests promptly.
Maintain uniforms, equipment, and gym space with care and responsibility.
4. Game Day Expectations
Arrive early to ensure the court and players are prepared for competition.
Demonstrate professional sideline conduct--lead with composure and strategy.
Encourage positive communication and teamwork during all matches.
Ensure scorebooks, lineups, and stats are completed accurately.
5. Program Culture
Build unity between middle school and high school levels ("One Program" mindset).
Encourage community involvement, feeder programs, and summer camps.
Celebrate player milestones, academic achievements, and sportsmanship.
