Volleyball Coach

to work with athletes ages 8-18, helping them build skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Responsibilities:

Coach volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and conditioning to athletes in the 8-18 age range Lead group training sessions and private lessons Create age-appropriate drills and practice plans for various skill levels Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth Communicate clearly and professionally with athletes, parents, and staff Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment

Qualifications:

Prior coaching experience or competitive playing background in volleyball (required) Strong understanding of volleyball rules, techniques, and skill progression Comfortable coaching youth of varying ages and abilities Reliable, punctual, and energetic Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coaching athletes ages 8-18 Coaching certification (e.g., USAV or NFHS) Experience running clinics or camps

Schedule:

Evening and weekend availability required
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
