As the Voice Services Technician at Turnkey Management Company, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in our growing voice services business. You will join a team of highly qualified network technicians and be responsible for the installation and maintenance of hosted phone systems throughout the Stealth network.
Duties:
Install, configure, and maintain VoIP hardware, including hosted phones, headsets, switches, routers, and ATAs.
Configure cloud-based PBX hosted phone systems, including call parks, call queues, auto-attendants, and various other functions.
Provisioning and documenting all SIP users used for analog deployments
Making detailed documentation for call routing and user configuration for new and existing customers.
Troubleshooting end-user issues.
Working with upstream partners to request new numbers and handle port-out requests.
Conducting regular maintenance on all software for physical hardware.
Provide remote and on-site end-user training for hosted phones.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in voice services or telecommunications support.
Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), PBX systems, and telecom infrastructure.
Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Able to work well in a team environment
