Visual Communications Designer

. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can perform a variety of activities including: graphic design; help manage website and social media account(s); create stunning visuals for print, annual trade shows, catalogs, and other promotions as necessary; create digital and print content for various channels. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design

Design and produce high-quality, creative content for print, digital, and social media Learn about our customers and what they do and translate that knowledge into effective designs Coordinate and create content for promotions, gifts, and trade shows Develop branded assets and ensure brand consistency for signage, marketing, events, and campaigns Make the company vision, values, and products come to life through digital and print media Propose new campaign opportunities and execute approved plans

Web/Digital Support

Assist with updates to marketing website Work with developers to maintain e-commerce site and ensure consistency with marketing website Take product photographs for use in designs, online galleries, and social media Shoot and edit video content for marketing and social media Develop and maintain content for product catalog

Other

Work with sales and customer service to identify/implement marketing opportunities Learn about our customers and what they do and translate that knowledge into effective designs Other responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or relevant experience 3+ years experience in marketing or business development Expert-level command of the English language. Must be able to write technical and creative content clearly and succinctly High level of creativity and strong aptitude in graphic design and media creation Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro Experience utilizing online tools and analytics to drive decisions and make effective change Ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term project plans Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Exceptional eye for detail and a keen understanding of customer needs and expectations Great work ethic with a high level of integrity
