We have a unique opportunity for a Virtual Nurse to join our team as we implement a new patient care model that leverages technology to provide additional support to our staff while also improving patient experience. As a Virtual Nurse, you will utilize your clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education to coordinate, implement and support a plan of care that meets the patient\'s needs and ensures a seamless, effective, and efficient transition of care. This includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of patient plan of care from admission to discharge. This is an onsite position - you will work from a location within the hospital campus. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be licensed in the State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum ten (10) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management.
