Your Role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor: You will be part of a fully remote team that provides assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults with a wide range of mental health needs. Our goal is to assist individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life. \xe2\x97\x8f Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health \xe2\x97\x8f Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships \xe2\x97\x8f Act as a client advocate and help them define goals \xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate clients\' mental condition and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge. Requirements

• Qualifications: Education: Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Licensure: Current state license by the state board is required. Accepted licenses include: \xe2\x97\x8f Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
