Reporting directly to senior management, you will help patients implement our remote patient monitoring suite of tools to provide answers to their healthcare challenges. As part of the first group of Virtual Medical Assistants, you will have an outsized impact on the company, shaping and developing the patient experience. Specific responsibilities include onboarding new patients, reviewing and understanding patient health data, conducting weekly health check-ins with patients, patient advocacy, and patient education. This position has an emphasis on patient relationships and this individual will play a critical role in patient retention and revenue growth. In order to keep patients on track and successful, superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for connecting with people, helping customers leverage technology to manage their healthcare, and conveying pertinent customer feedback to the CH team to enhance the existing product line. \xe2\x80\x8d Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new accounts and familiarizing patients with the CH process
• Understanding the product in depth to assist patients with questions, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Optimizing patient outcomes by providing physician-created tools and education pertinent to disease outcomes
• Performing data analysis for the customer, including understanding and reporting results to the customer
• Collecting information to be used by patient\xe2\x80\x99s primary care physician in treatment
• Acts as an advocate for the customer, collecting feedback and determining relevant feedback to enhance remote patient monitoring deliverables
• Work closely with the sales team for customer hand-offs
• Providing support to our customers via email/phone support

\xe2\x80\x8d Qualifications: The ideal candidate is comfortable picking up the phone and calling customers, task oriented, collaborative, adaptable to change, and excited to go above and beyond for patients. Exceptional ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills to support a variety of clients. Other key requirements and skills are listed below:

• High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred
• Relevant experience in a similar role preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Manage multiple customers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for helping people and learning about medical conditions
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to review deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established styles/standards
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity, and desire to succeed
• Experience with CRM tools and customer service experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:
