Reporting directly to senior management, you will help patients implement our remote patient monitoring suite of tools to provide answers to their healthcare challenges. As part of the first group of Virtual Medical Assistants, you will have an outsized impact on the company, shaping and developing the patient experience. Specific responsibilities include onboarding new patients, reviewing and understanding patient health data, conducting weekly health check-ins with patients, patient advocacy, and patient education. This position has an emphasis on patient relationships and this individual will play a critical role in patient retention and revenue growth. In order to keep patients on track and successful, superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for connecting with people, helping customers leverage technology to manage their healthcare, and conveying pertinent customer feedback to the CH team to enhance the existing product line.
