Assist project teams with collaboration and general media, estimating, scheduling, logistics, and conflict resolution before physical construction commences. Assist in writing work instructions and creating training documentation. Produce and provide project-specific collaboration models, 4D schedules, animations, graphics and related deliverables to effectively communicate Ryan\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and value in proposals, interviews, and on secured projects. Work efficiently within a structured application environment. Troubleshoot problems and create resolutions in timely manner. Be self-motivated as early adopter of technology and applications. Position reports to primary office or jobsite location. Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site. Provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or structural repairs. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geologic data. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions. Identify environmental risks and develop risk management strategies for civil engineering projects. Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess potential project impact. Position reports to primary office or jobsite location, however, the incumbent can work from home anywhere in the United States as workload allows. Job Requirements
The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the foreign degree equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction or a closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year (12 months) of commercial construction experience with all the following: (a) basic construction knowledge as it relates to the construction process, industry terms, and reading Gantt schedules, building plans and specifications; (b) multiple construction scheduling techniques; (c) Adobe Creative Suite applications; (d) application development, configuration, customization and implementation; and (e) utilizing all the following virtual construction applications including Revit, Autocad, Navisworks, and Sketchup. All experience may be gained concurrently. Benefits
