Position:

Virtual Banking Supervisor

Location:

Mandan, North Dakota

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct daily operations of the Digital & Phone Banking Center Ensure quality customer service standards are met Support Virtual Bankers' growth and development Achieve assigned metrics and goals Manage team to maximize productivity and efficiency Provide sales and financial direction for virtual banking Address and resolve complex customer service issues Perform tasks requiring supervisor-level approvals Recruit, orientate, and train team members to deliver Starion service standards Build new and maintain existing customer relationships Present bank products and services effectively to maintain profitable customer relationships Transfer knowledge of digital banking solutions to team members Occasionally take incoming phone calls and process transactions to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required At least five years of similar or related experience Preferred experience in a call center or customer service-focused setting Understanding of standard bank products and services, including digital banking solutions Ability to assist customers in multiple languages is a plus
