We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Office Assistant to handle all communications from a remote position. The virtual assistant\'s responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans and issuing invoices.

Building clients address books and inputting contact information.

Ability to input data into clients systems. Updating the database and building basic reports.

Personal tasks - Conducting set up of clients daily life date night set up, setting reminders for important life events, monthly expenses management, purchasing gifts, dry cleaning, booking restaurants and events, etc.

Resend outstanding invoices and monitor invoicing deadlines.

Handle calendar management scheduling meetings, syncing with devices, adding upcoming events.

Email management.

Basic bookkeeping - Expenses input, basic calculations, basic budgets.

Conduct online research for clients and prepare data easily.

Convert notes to clients preferred document keeping.

Preparing clients for reports and presentations - proofing, writing, research.

Researching/making travel and accommodation arrangements.
