(TMT) is a growing tutoring service specializing in Math and Science for students of all grade levels. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Admin Assistant to help manage client communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
:
Respond promptly to parents and students inquiries via email and text
Send welcome packets and contracts to new clients
Introduce yourself to new parents and assist with scheduling
Follow up weekly with parents regarding tutoring sessions
Send reminders to students and parents about upcoming sessions
Contact any parent or student who has not responded within 24 hours
Confirm monthly tutoring sessions for prepaid clients
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and organize company emails, keeping leadership updated
Manage the tutoring calendar (Wix) to schedule and update sessions
Send reminders to tutors about their upcoming sessions
Inform tutors about company closures and holiday schedules
Check tutor availability and travel plans during holiday breaks
Organize and attend TMT events and staff meetings as required
Ensure contracts are completed and sent to parents
Maintain accurate records of tutoring schedules and payments
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in email management and online scheduling tools
Reliable internet connection and availability with flexible hours
Ability to attend in-person TMT events and staff meetings.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
