Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Violin Instructor to inspire and nurture students in their musical journey. As a Violin Instructor, you will deliver engaging lessons that foster technical skills, musical understanding, and a love for the instrument. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students develop confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Duties
Conduct private lessons focusing on technique, sight-reading, musicality, and performance skills Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and set achievable goals for improvement
Skills
Excellent violin performance skill (REQUIRED) Ability to read staff notation and teach using standard strings method books (REQUIRED) Past experience teaching violin students required. Past experience teaching children required. Ability to teach additional instrument even at beginner level is a BIG PLUS.
Other requirements
Must have reliable transportation We require minimum 6-months commitment No criminal record
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
Work Location: In person
