Job Title: Vinyl Wrap & PPF Installer

Overview:

We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Vinyl Wrap & Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. You'll be working inside a brand new, high-end body shop equipped with state-of-the-art tools, materials, and supplies. This role requires someone with proven hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on luxury and exotic vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Install full and partial vinyl wraps on a variety of vehicles Install paint protection film (PPF) with clean edges, proper alignment, and minimal stretch Perform paint surface prep including cleaning, clay bar, decontamination, and light polishing Remove vehicle emblems, trims, badges, and panels when necessary for seamless installs Apply tint to windows Inspect completed work to ensure it meets high-end quality standards Safely operate heat guns, plotters, squeegees, knives, and other installation tools Maintain an organized, clean workstation within the shop Communicate with management about project timelines, inventory, and any issues
Qualifications:

Prior professional vinyl wrap and/or PPF installation experience is required Strong understanding of wrap/PPF materials, stretching techniques, and proper prep methods Comfortable working independently and on high-value vehicles High level of precision, patience, and attention to detail Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods Portfolio or examples of past work are highly preferred
