Video Editor / Content Creator / Social Media - Street Cop Training

I'm looking for someone who wants to film and make a variety of content with me for my over 1.5 million followers and growing. I'm super cool but I'm energetic and constantly on the go. I plan on making impromptu videos and putting out content quickly. There is plenty here and I have all sorts of ideas. We have a staff of editors and an additional videographer already on staff who is extremely talented. I have a huge house and we film out of the studio here.

This job is for someone who wants to get after it with me. Who's ready to learn and also bring that high paced energy as well. This is a place where your creativity is rewarded. You need to love that camera. You don't have to be the most amazing editor but you have to really love working with that camera and making art.

Position Overview

We're looking for a

Video Editor with social-media instincts

--someone who understands how content performs across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You don't need to be a master-level editor; what matters is

creativity, drive, and a passion for making engaging content

You will be helping film strategic content, edit fast-paced clips, participate in live broadcasts, and work side-by-side with me to bring big ideas to life. This is a

low-stress, highly creative environment

where you'll have room to experiment and grow.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, courses, and marketing. Help film and produce strategic content across multiple platforms with a combined audience of 1.5M+. Cut, caption, and format videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Assist with running live-streams and filming on-location content when needed. Bring creative ideas to the table and help shape the brand's visual style. Organize footage, maintain project files, and ensure quick turnaround on edits. Collaborate with a small, easygoing team focused on growth, quality, and fun.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or motion graphics is a plus). Solid understanding of social-media video formats, pacing, and trends. A creative mind and an eye for storytelling--even if you're not a "pro." Reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for editing or content creation. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly. Strong attention to detail without overthinking the process.

Bonus Points For

Experience filming (camera operation, lighting, audio). Previous work in fast-paced digital brands or creator-style environments. Interest in law-enforcement, legal content, or educational media (not required).
