Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated

Video Editor

with a passion for creating stunning visual content for client websites, social media platforms and advertising campaigns. This position involves editing video content, in the field production, supporting social media assets, and editing schedules for multiple clients. There will be opportunties to travel and be on the set of production, and may be required for your postion. Many of our clients operate within the

outdoor adventure, hunting, fishing, and agriculture industries

, so experience or a strong interest in these sectors is highly valued but not an absolute requirement.

You will be instrumental in creating content that resonates with

outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, anglers, and those connected to rural and agricultural lifestyles

.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce videos for client websites, digital marketing campaigns, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Oversee the use of AI asset creation and integration within the Agency Develop creative visual assets that align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Support social media posting schedules for multiple clients, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to execute successful content and social media strategies. Optimize video content for different platforms and target audiences, particularly in the

outdoor and agriculture sectors

. Stay updated on the latest trends in

outdoor, hunting, fishing, and agriculture

, as well as social media and video content best practices.

Our Must-Haves:

Ability to work from the Jefferson City, MO office -- this is a non-negotiable requirement. Extremely high proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Divinci, or similar). Modern camera operating skills Experience with social media platforms and an understanding of the unique requirements for video content on each platform. Interest or experience in the

outdoor, hunting, fishing, or agriculture industries

. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Our Like-to-Haves:

Experience with motion graphics and animation. Previous experience in social media management, including scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking. Knowledge of

rural, outdoor, hunting, or agricultural communities

is a plus.

Education:

Experience:

Video Editing: 2+ years (Required) Camera Operation: 1-2 years as a professional being compensated for work performed (Highly Preferred) Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
