Pay:

$21-$23/hour (based on education & experience)

Additional compensation:

Mileage reimbursement & partial cell phone coverage

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, weekends off

Preferred hours:

8:30 AM-2:30 PM or 9:00 AM-3:00 PM (may increase based on program needs)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer/Editor to join our growing video team. This role produces engaging content for our website, social media, and program materials while coaching participants in the program.

If you're passionate about documentary-style storytelling and visual media and enjoy inspiring others through authentic stories, this is the role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage Participants:

Inspire and support participants while assisting them with videography and editing

Video Production:

Shoot content including training videos, events, and participant interviews

Editing:

Deliver polished, compelling videos for digital platforms and social media

Collaboration:

Work with program staff to plan shoots and support post-production

Digital Media Management:

Organize and maintain video content efficiently

Flexibility:

Adapt to changes and support diverse program needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

2 years videography & editing experience

(short & long-form content) Strong

storytelling ability

and creative eye for filming and editing Proficient with

camera & audio equipment

, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva Ability to create

dynamic, engaging video content

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines Valid

California Driver's License

and liability insurance Ability to pass a background check
