YouTube Channel / Creator-Led Brand

We're looking for a creative videographer to join a growing YouTube channel and help build something long-term -- not just shoot videos, but be part of the brand.

This is for someone who loves storytelling, understands YouTube, and wants to grow alongside a channel from the ground up. The right fit isn't just a contractor -- you'll have equity in the business and a real stake in where this goes.

What You'll Be Doing

Shooting YouTube episodes (main footage, B-roll, behind-the-scenes) Capturing clean audio and strong visuals in real-world, run-and-gun environments Collaborating on episode ideas, shot flow, and storytelling Helping shape the visual style and identity of the channel Shooting outdoor / lifestyle / sports content (golf-focused) Occasionally capturing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Growing with the channel as it expands into new formats and opportunities

A videographer who gets YouTube, not just cameras Someone comfortable filming handheld, following action, and adapting on the fly A creative partner who wants to build something, not just clock hours Someone who enjoys collaborating, experimenting, and improving with each shoot Based locally or able to travel locally for shoots
What You Bring

Experience shooting video (YouTube or creator content is a big plus) Strong eye for framing, movement, and pacing Solid understanding of audio basics Your own camera gear (or at least a core setup) Reliability, good energy, and a team-first mindset
