Essential Job Functions:

Provide exceptional member service. Deliver professional and personable service to members during virtual meetings, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Accurately handle cash transactions. Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments with precision, utilizing advanced virtual teller systems. Maintain and balance recyclers and cash drawers. Ensure accurate reconciliation to uphold financial integrity. Assist members with account-related inquiries and issues. Address concerns and provide solutions to enhance member satisfaction. Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations. Adhere to all applicable rules, guidelines, and best practices in every transaction and interaction. Build relationships. Engage with members virtually while fostering connections with coworkers and the community at large.
