About the Position:

Join our dynamic content creation team at MediaTree Advertising! We're on the hunt for a passionate Videographer/Editor who can craft compelling stories through visual and narrative mediums. If you have a flair for producing, writing, and editing captivating video content, and thrive in a collaborative setting, this position promises exciting challenges, growth, and the satisfaction of producing share-worthy content.

Your Role:

Lead the conception, development, and production of diverse video content. Produce, shoot, and edit videos across various styles for multiple platforms like social media, websites, and broadcast TV commercials. Work in tandem with our marketing, graphic design, and visuals departments to develop tailor-made content. Focus on the details - manage video assets, maintain our collaborative efficiency, and ensure a high level of creativity. Review scripts and footage to determine the most impactful shots. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies to produce cutting-edge video content. Translate complex information into easily digestible content with your excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and Final Cut Pro. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, social networking platforms, and quickly adapting to new systems. Deep understanding of video best practices on social media. Prior experience in operating and maintaining professional video and audio equipment. Willingness to travel for content capture and flexible work schedules. 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar role. BA/BS in Broadcast/Journalism, Communications, Film, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points For:

Expertise in motion graphics and After Effects. Familiarity with photography. Demonstrable experience in handling a diverse range of clients and personalities.
