Position Overview:

The Video Production Intern will support the Wind Surge Marketing team throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. The ideal candidate is a strong, energetic communicator with the ability to work in a team environment, have an eagerness to learn, and possess the flexibility to adapt to what each day brings with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in capturing and editing video content for social media, promotional materials, and game-day presentations Support the production team in creating highlight reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews Help with setting up and operating video equipment during home games and events Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for fan engagement and marketing purposes Edit raw footage to create polished, broadcast-ready video assets Assist with live-streaming and video recording of games and team events Gain exposure to video production software and media management tools Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate a plus Knowledge of baseball a plus Strong time management, communication, and organization skills Ability to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fans Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail oriented and comfortable with sales Familiarity with a ticketing system preferred Problem solving and conflict management skills Positive attitude
