insanely good video editor first

-- someone who knows how to cut, pace, and bring footage to life so people stop scrolling and pay attention. But beyond that, I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with me. What you'll do

Edit short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, podcasts, client promos). Make content engaging with clean pacing, transitions, and motion. Collaborate with me directly on ideas and direction. Be part of growing Full Stack Media into something bigger.

What I'm looking for

A

serious video editor

with real skills (Premiere Pro, Davinci, Final Cut, Cap Cut -- whatever you're great at). Someone who cares about craft and storytelling, not just pumping out clips. A person who's tired of ghost jobs and wants to actually work on something real. Someone based in
