Duties
Greet customers warmly and cash tickets
Make drinks as needed for customers
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, and adhering to safety protocols.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service and a positive attitude.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential!
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
Background check will be mandatory. No prior convictions.
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
Ability to keep your work station and surrounding areas clean during your work shift.
