Vice President of Sales

to elevate our high-performing sales team and drive scalable growth. You'll start by managing a small team of inside salespeople, helping refine the pitch, structure, and process as we scale.

You'll be both a player and a coach

. Ready to jump on calls yourself and model excellence in performance, leadership, and culture.

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and grow a team of sales reps. Develop and execute strategies to hit aggressive sales goals. Personally close key deals while coaching the team to do the same. Collaborate directly with executive leadership to optimize scripts, funnels, and conversion. Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. Owning outcomes and driving growth.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing and scaling a sales team. Hands-on leadership style--you're not afraid to make calls. A track record of exceeding targets and leading by example. Based in or within driving distance of New Jersey that can come to the office at least once a week.

What We Offer

$50,000 base salary + commission + stock options + profit sharing.
