Position Overview:



Saisystems Technology is seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales and account management organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a 35+ year technology services company specializing in custom application development, data analytics, and digital automation for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales hunter who can both personally drive new business acquisitions while building and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve our revenue targets and client growth.

Job Summary:



This role owns and is responsible for delivering the annual revenue growth target for Saisystems Technology through new client acquisition, existing account expansion, and strategic partner collaboration while building and leading a high performing sales team that maintains 90% + customer retention and healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:



Revenue Leadership & Strategy



Own and deliver revenue targets across new client acquisition and existing account expansion

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve year-over-year growth

Build and manage robust sales pipeline to consistently support $10M+ annual revenue goals

Balance new client acquisition (50%) with existing account growth (50%) to optimize revenue mix

Establish and track key sales metrics including conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline health

Sales Execution & Hunting



Be able to prospect, qualify, and close high-value deals ($100K+ average deal size)

Lead complex sales cycles from initial prospect contact through contract negotiation and close

Conduct executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations

Build relationships with C-level executives at healthcare provider organizations

Maintain personal quota responsibility while scaling team performance

Team Leadership & Development



Recruit, hire, and develop a world-class sales team including account managers and solution architects

Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for sales team members

Technology



Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices across the organization

Create and implement comprehensive sales training programs

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Client Relationship Management



Oversee entire customer lifecycle from prospect to long-term strategic partner

Ensure 90%+ customer retention rate and drive expansion within existing accounts

Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Develop strategic account plans for key clients representing 70%+ of annual revenue

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our service portfolio

Market Development & Positioning



Identify and penetrate new market segments within healthcare provider space

Develop competitive positioning and value propositions for our service offerings

Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and content development

Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Partnership Development



Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and market segments

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry partners including Microsoft and UiPath

Collaborate with technology and delivery partners to identify opportunities and selling initiatives

Leverage partner ecosystems to accelerate deal flow and enhance solution capabilities.

Participate in partner programs, joint marketing initiatives, and co-branded events

Experience & Skills Necessary for Position:



Experience & Background



10+ years of B2B technology sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles

Proven track record of personally closing $3M+ in annual sales in services.

Experience managing and scaling sales teams to achieve $10M+ in team revenue

Strong background in healthcare technology or provider services (preferred)

Experience selling custom software development, data analytics, or automation services

Industry Knowledge



Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and IT challenges

Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, PowerBI)

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security requirements

Understanding of digital transformation and automation in healthcare settings

Skills & Competencies



Exceptional hunter mentality with ability to generate and close new business

Strong executive presence and ability to engage and consult C-level decision makers

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Data-driven approach to sales management and performance optimization

Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships

Ability to travel 50-70% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications



MBA or relevant advanced degree

Experience with healthcare provider groups with $30M+ revenue and $10M+ IT spend

Track record of building sales teams from ground up and scaling to $10M+ revenue

Previous experience with services companies or consulting organizations

Existing relationships within Microsoft or UiPath partner ecosystems

Knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) and automation solutions

Experience with joint go-to-market strategies and partner driven sales

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
