*Hybrid Schedule* Purpose: To provide strategic leadership, direction, and management for the CitizensDX Lab, ensuring profitability, growth, and efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient care. Essential Job Functions: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the company\'s overall vision and goals. \xc2\xb7 Identify growth opportunities, new service offerings, and technological advancements to stay competitive. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other business lines to identify synergies and cross-promotion opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement operational protocols, standards, and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage the lab\'s annual budget. \xc2\xb7 Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability. \xc2\xb7 Identify areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the lab meets all regulatory standards and obtains necessary certifications. \xc2\xb7 Oversee quality control procedures, ensuring accurate and reliable test results. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with healthcare regulations, especially those specific to lab diagnostics, and ensure adherence. \xc2\xb7 Recruit, train, and mentor lab personnel. \xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the lab\'s services to healthcare providers, patients, and other potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other partners. \xc2\xb7 Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated and network with industry peers. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that patients and healthcare providers have a positive experience with the lab\'s services. \xc2\xb7 Address concerns, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Continuously seek feedback to improve services and patient experience. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in lab services. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the lab\'s capabilities and improve operational efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Foster an environment of innovation and research. \xc2\xb7 Identify potential risks to the lab\'s operations, financial performance, and reputation. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks. \xc2\xb7 Regularly update the CEO and the executive team on the lab\'s performance, challenges, and opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure clear communication between the lab and other business lines within the conglomerate. \xc2\xb7 Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy. \xc2\xb7 Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times. \xc2\xb7 To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager. \xc2\xb7 Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree or advanced certifications preferred. \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in laboratory operations. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated leadership and management skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong business acumen and financial literacy. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and with other team members. \xc2\xb7 Must be detail oriented and self-motivated. \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service skills. \xc2\xb7 Anticipate needs in a proactive manner to increase satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Take ownership of job responsibilities by initiating prompt and appropriate follow up and/or action to problems.
