About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary

Vice President of Finance

to join our executive leadership team. This strategic leader will provide financial insight, guidance, and oversight across all business units, driving sound decision-making and growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing financial strategies, implementing performance metrics, and ensuring the company's long-term financial health.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a key business partner to the Executive VP/CAO and Leadership Team. Lead financial strategy, planning, analysis, and risk management. Develop annual financial objectives and key performance indicators. Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance. Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, and capital structure. Support business planning through data-driven insights and ERP optimization. Guide audit activities and risk management programs. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in financial leadership (VP, CFO, or similar role). Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and executive presence. Experienced in banking, forecasting, and capital management. A proactive, visionary leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
