We are seeking a visionary and results-driven

Vice President of Global Sales

to lead our international sales strategy and execution across the semiconductor services sector. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic customer relationships across North America, Europe and Asia. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, a strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem, and a proven track record of scaling service-based offerings globally.

Sales Leadership:

Define and execute global sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead and mentor regional sales directors and country managers.

Revenue Growth:

Drive top-line growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and strategic account management.

Market Expansion:

Identify and penetrate new markets, with a focus on the North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients including OEMs, fabless companies, foundries, and Tier 1 suppliers.

Strategic Partnerships:

Develop alliances with technology partners, industry consortia, and channel networks to enhance service offerings.

Sales Operations:

Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, and performance metrics to ensure predictable and scalable growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer solutions.

Thought Leadership:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and panels to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements



Qualifications & Experience



15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the

semiconductor industry

, with a focus on

services

. Proven success in managing

global sales teams

and delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Deep understanding of semiconductor value chain and customer pain points. Strong network across the world-wide semiconductor ecosystem and familiarity with regional market dynamics. Experience with enterprise sales, long-cycle negotiations, and complex service contracts. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering) is a strong plus. Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-40%.
