Vice President -Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services

What You'll Do

In alignment with Oaklawn's mission, vision, and values, the responsibilities include:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for child and adolescent outpatient programs Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs for child and adolescent services Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement organizational goals and objectives Manage a team of clinical staff and provide guidance and support as needed

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a vice president or similar position Strong background in child & adolescent clinical services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement strategic plans Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
Masters Degree in mental health or addictions related field with clinical licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC * 5 years of experience in progressively more responsible management position in a healthcare organization.
