: Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Vice Chair for Research and Programmatic Development in the Department of Anesthesiology. This full-time role is key to advancing research, developing innovative programs, including Fetal Anesthesiology, and supporting the department's mission and growth.




The Vice Chair will collaborate closely with the Chair of Anesthesiology and institutional leaders to drive initiatives that elevate clinical care, academic excellence, and research impact. The role will evolve as departmental priorities change over time.




Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in pediatric anesthesiology and research, preferably in an academic setting; a strong record in teaching, program administration, research facilitation, and mentorship; proven success in fostering academic-clinical collaboration; and academic credentials for appointment at rank of Associate Professor or Professor at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
