Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vibratory Plow/Trench Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible operations of this equipment to ensure success of the crew on job sites. This role requires a strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Operate plow/trench equipment in an efficient manner. Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding equipment status and site conditions. Utilize hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments on-site. Trench with Excavators Manage underground trench crew Welding experience is beneficial

Requirements

Proven experience in plow/trench operations or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions, including weekends as necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks. CDL is required!

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
