Job Summary

We are a small animal Veterinary Hospital located in north Orange County looking for an experienced, self- motivated, detail oriented, reliable Veterinary Technician to join our team.

We are looking for the right person who will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and the highest quality of care to their pets.

Skills

Strong basic technical skills - excellent patient care, IVC placement, blood draws, restraint, anesthesia monitoring. Dental radiography and dental scaling a plus. Great communication with doctors and clients. Excellent client service skills. Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills - ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Team player and positive attitude a must. Ability to manipulate (lift, carry, move) 40 lbs. or more; walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch intermittently, and stand for long periods of time.
We use Cornerstone software and Idexx lab machines. We are equipped with digital whole-body and digital dental x-ray machines.
