Airport Veterinary Clinic

is seeking an experienced

Customer Service Representative

, our receptionists serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

position seeking someone to work

Monday through Friday from 7am to 12pm

Full-time benefits and compensation:


Compensation: $15-$18/hour for each our worked, based on experience and skillset

Minimum qualifications and skillset:

1+ years of client service experience Previous veterinary experience

Proficiency in the following skills + Client service and communication
