We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly

Veterinary Receptionist

to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for excellent client service. Experience is recommended but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided. This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of a veterinary healthcare team that truly cares.

Must have reliable transportation. Experience preferred, but not required. Pay dependent on experience. Must have passion for animals and helping clients. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

About the position:

Greeting clients and patients upon arrival. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Checking clients in and out. Managing patient records and data entry. Processing payments and invoices. Communicating with clients about services, wait times, and updates. Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Assisting with general office duties as needed. Occasionally assisting in the treatment area with handling patients or supporting technicians and veterinarians as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
