Clinic Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage front desk operations including client communication, appointment scheduling, and payment processing, while also supporting the veterinary team with key administrative tasks. Your work will be essential to creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every visitor to our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming environment Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy Communicate effectively with clients and staff, using veterinary terminology Assist with animal restraint during exams or procedures (as needed) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Provide general administrative support to the veterinary team

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of veterinary reception experience required (3+ years strongly preferred) Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced setting A genuine passion for animals and delivering exceptional client care
