Laurel Road Veterinary Clinic is seeking an outgoing

Veterinary Receptionist

to join our incredible team! As the face of the hospital, our receptionists greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and their pets.


In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we offer.


This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.


This is a flexible full-time or part-time position with availability needed Monday through Friday and rotating weekends.

Compensation: $17-19 per hour, for each hour worked

Minimum qualifications and skill set:


1+ years of client service experience Previous veterinary experience is highly desired

We also maintain strong relationships with nearby specialists to provide referrals when advanced or specialized care is needed, ensuring every pet receives comprehensive and individualized treatment.
