What will you be doing? The CSR will answer phones, guide clients with medical questions to the appropriate answer, whether with personal knowledge or by passing the question to the medical team. You will be responsible for gathering client information, entering data into our veterinary specific software (Pulse), making appointments, calling clients for services, selling veterinary specific food and products, building relationships of trust with clients and promoting the services of our doctors. You must be skilled in the use of multi-line phones, computers, email and text. You are responsible for balancing the cash drawer and making change, preforming credit card transactions, restocking products and food and collecting payments. Most of your day will be working face to face with clients and answering phones. Other duties are assigned as needed and special projects are also possible.

Previous experience working in the veterinary medical field is required.

Pre-screening drug tests and background checks are mandatory.
