Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly reliable and organized Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clinic. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while coordinating appointment scheduling for multiple veterinarians, including surgery and clinic days, managing veterinary technician appointment schedules, and supporting rescue group scheduling needs. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
Schedule and coordinate appointments for multiple veterinarians, technicians, and rescue partners
Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and in-person inquiries simultaneously
Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information in the clinic management system
Handle end-of-day reconciliation and prepare daily deposits
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, staff, and external partners
Assist with general administrative and organizational duties to support clinic operations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
