who's more than just a receptionist. You're the connector, the comforter, the organizer, and the energy that keeps our clinic flowing.

What You'll Do (with Heart):

Be the warm welcome and the reassuring goodbye for every client and pet. Juggle phones, appointments, and walk-ins with grace and a smile. Translate vet-speak into human-speak for worried pet parents. Keep our front desk running like a well-oiled machine. Support your teammates like a true pack member.

What You Bring:

A love for animals and the people who love them. Emotional intelligence and a sense of humor. Experience in customer service (bonus if it's in vet/medical). Comfort with tech and multitasking. A growth mindset--we're always learning here.
