About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in shaping their experience. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys connecting with people; someone who takes genuine interest in clients, remembers faces and names, and helps them feel comfortable and welcome. Communicates clearly and kindly with clients and team members. Thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Helps maintain a positive and healthy clinic culture.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients and their pets. Answer phones and respond to emails & texts. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage appointment flow and assist with client updates. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Process payments and reconcile end-of-day totals. Assist with medication refills and product sales. Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Monitor client communication systems (calls, texts, emails, portals). Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Participate in team communication and daily operations.

Qualifications

Prior veterinary experience required. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Comfort with technology and scheduling software. A genuine love for animals and their humans alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
