Animal Clinic of Rapid City is looking for a full or part-time Customer Service Rep to join our growing veterinary practice. We are an 8 doctor General Practice with a 24/7 Emergency Hospital. We practice high quality, advanced medicine allowing for extensive learning opportunities due to the size of our practice and the varied caseload.

We are seeking a highly motivated team member with a passion for the animal community, who has the ability to provide excellent client and patient care. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality along with exceptional communication, telephone and computer skills. Must be a team player, organized, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive and professional attitude.

Criteria include:

Previous medical receptionist experience preferred, but not required. Scheduling Answering multi-line phone system Client check in/out - including consent and release forms, wellness plan education and enrollment, management of multiple communication platforms and much more. Collecting payments and deposits Attention to detail Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of reception area Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends.
