We are a compassionate, fast-paced veterinary practice committed to excellent care for our patients and exceptional service for their people. As the first point of contact for our clients, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are key to creating a positive and welcoming experience.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented team member to join us at the front desk. You'll be responsible for creating a seamless experience for our clients--from scheduling appointments to supporting pet owners through sometimes stressful moments. This is a full-time position working four 10-hour weekday shifts--no nights, no weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and professionally, in person and on the phone
Identify and prioritize emergencies vs. routine visits
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
Enter and maintain accurate client, patient, and billing information
Generate invoices, explain charges, and process payments
Support the medical team with clear, compassionate communication
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Computer literacy and basic math skills
Prior front-desk or veterinary experience is a plus
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English
Reliable and punctual
Positive, team-oriented attitude
