Join EveryPet in our mission to end pet homelessness and save lives. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Shift Lead to support operations at full service Cassat Regional Veterinary Hospital.
In this vital role, you'll lead and support our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team, ensuring efficient front desk operations, a welcoming environment for clients, and alignment with EveryPet's lifesaving values. You'll oversee scheduling, training, and daily workflows while helping to maintain a high standard of customer care. Additional responsibilities include managing payment systems, resolving client concerns, maintaining inventory, and supporting financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support CSR team to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage front desk flow, appointment scheduling, and client communications
Provide training and coaching to ensure high-quality client service
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and compassion
Oversee financial transactions, including third-party payment plans
Support reporting, inventory tracking, and schedule creation
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Commitment to animal welfare and alignment with EveryPet's mission
Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
