Veterinary Specialists of the Rockies is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our growing team.
As our Front of House Manager, you will lead and support our client services team while working closely with hospital leadership to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience. This role is a balance of leadership responsibilities and hands-on client service, with approximately 50% of your time spent at the front desk.
This is a full-time position with a swing shift schedule and availability Monday - Friday and required rotating weekends.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinic setting
1+ years of management experience, veterinary medicine preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client care skills.
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on culture and well-being.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a leadership team supporting a 24/7 hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, train, and develop front of house staff.
Create and oversee scheduling, meetings, and performance reviews.
Foster a positive, professional work culture and mediate internal disputes.
Assist with accounts receivable, client programs, community events, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with back-of-house leaders to ensure smooth communication across departments.
Perform front desk duties and provide backup coverage when needed.
Work closely with the Hospital Administrator and Owner on projects, technology updates, and operational goals.
Full-time benefits and compensation:
Compensation: $63,000 - $65,000 annual base salary
