Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our general practice team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Experience in a clinical veterinary setting strongly preferred

1 year customer service experience required Enjoys connecting with people and has exemplary customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both orally and written Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems Comfortable utilizing a multi-line phone system

Role Responsibilities:

Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients. With each hospital function, assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow. Process payment transactions Appropriately schedule appointments and surgeries Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members Ensure excellent customer service is provided to our clients

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
