Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort , a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner, is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

The Client Service Representative is a part of our Client Service Team. We value collaboration, a supportive environment, dedication and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We enjoy working together and want to help each other be the best we can be! This is a full-time position. Schedule flexibility is required.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.
Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls
Monitor client flow from check-in through discharge
Provide excellent customer service to our referring veterinarians and their staff by assisting with their needs and those of their clients.
Records management
Audit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information.
Process payment transactions
Assist with client education
Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members
Work closely with team members to build comradery, cooperation and respect

At Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort, we provide primary care for dogs and cats, resort services including boarding and daycare for various pets, grooming, spa services, and canine training. We also offer emergency and urgent care for current clients during business hours--please call ahead.
Serving Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania for over 15 years, we are IBPSA and Fear Free certified. Located on 30 acres in Urbana, Maryland, our facility features walking trails, exercise runs, and open play areas, making it a dream vacation for your pet.
We are open: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $18/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
