What You'll Do

As our Veterinary Assistant & Technician Team Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting both our day and overnight teams in a busy 24/7 environment:

Support, mentor, and train Veterinary Assistants & Veterinary Technicians. Maintain workflow efficiency between exam rooms, surgery, treatment, and ER. Encourage accountability and reinforce our hospital values. Partner with leadership to identify training needs and elevate team skillsets. Assist with onboarding, skills assessments, and ongoing coaching. Lead with emotional intelligence and a servant-leadership approach. Help ensure smooth communication between departments and shifts. Utilize your veterinary technician skills to provide hands-on patient care when needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
