Now Hiring: Veterinary Assistant
We're looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team. If you're passionate about animal care and thrive in a team-oriented setting, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely restrain animals during exams and procedures
Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines under veterinary supervision
Monitor animal health and report concerns to the veterinarian
Assist in emergency situations
Support surgical and dental procedures
Maintain accurate medical records
Preferred Qualifications:
Required 2 years of Veterinary Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
Ability to follow veterinary instructions precisely
Comfortable working with cats and dogs
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and meeting other physical demands of the role
Certificate of Veterinary Assistant (CVT) is a plus
