Cornerstone Animal Hospital is currently hiring for a Part-time Vet Assistant/Kennel Assistant position.
We are a small animal private practice located in Wichita, near Andover. We have a great team of hard working individuals and are looking to find someone that has the same work ethic and passion for helping animals. The responsibilities for this position would include: walking boarders, feeding and taking care of boarders, administering medications, assisting the doctor and RVT with tasks and surgery, assisting receptionist and their duties, daily cleaning of kennels and daily cleaning tasks of the facility. One year of veterinary clinic experience is preferred.
Requirements for this job
At least 18 years of age
Able to lift at least 40 pounds
Dependable transportation
Availability on weekends and holidays
Comfortable with administering oral medications
